Returns and ExchangesGeneral Return/Exchange Policy

  • Refunds require the original receipt and a student ID.
  • Merchandise must be unaltered and in its original packing.
  • All purchases will be returned to the original method of payment except for checks. When returning merchandise paid for with a check, the customer must wait a total of 7 business days in order to receive a cash refund. 

Textbooks and Access Codes

  • May be returned or exchanged no later than 10 business days after the first day of the semester/session.
  • Used textbooks may be returned or exchanged only if a DROP SLIP is provided no later than 10 business days after the first day the semester/session begins. 

General Merchandise - Gifts, Accessories, Apparel and Supplies

  • General merchandise in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of the purchase. 

Electronics - Computers, Computer Accessories, Tablets, Printers, Calculators and Software

  • All sales on electronics are final.
  • The College Store does not provide extended warranties or additional protection on electronics. All warranty claims should be submitted through the manufacturer. Please refer to the product’s documentation for more information.
